1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing ColdVisit, creating an account, submitting a URL, or purchasing an audit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use ColdVisit for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. What ColdVisit provides
ColdVisit is an automated website-audit service. It visits a submitted public webpage, observes the first-time visitor experience, may interact with prominent calls to action, and produces an AI-assisted report containing observations, scores, screenshots, and suggested copy or conversion improvements.
Reports are informational recommendations, not guarantees of revenue, conversion, accessibility, legal compliance, search ranking, or any other result. Automated analysis can occasionally be incomplete or wrong, so you should review recommendations before acting on them.
3. URLs and content you submit
You may submit only webpages that you own, manage, or are authorized to test. You grant ColdVisit a limited permission to access the submitted page and process its publicly available content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You must not use ColdVisit to:
- test private systems or pages you are not authorized to access;
- submit credentials, confidential information, malware, or unlawful content;
- probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass safeguards in the service; or
- use reports or automation in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Accounts and report links
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Report links may be shareable. Anyone who receives a shareable report link may be able to view the information it contains, so do not submit confidential material.
5. Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown before checkout and are charged as a one-time purchase unless clearly stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. You authorize the displayed charge and any applicable taxes when you complete checkout. ColdVisit does not store your full card details.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Ownership
You retain your rights in the webpage and materials you submit. Once paid for, you may use, copy, adapt, and share your ColdVisit report for your own personal or business purposes. ColdVisit retains ownership of the service, software, design, audit methods, branding, and reusable report structure.
If you send feedback, you allow ColdVisit to use it without restriction or compensation, provided it is not presented as a personal endorsement without your permission.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or experience interruptions. We may limit or suspend use that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates legal or security risk. If a paid audit fails because of a ColdVisit issue, the Refund Policy explains the remedy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColdVisit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColdVisit and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid ColdVisit during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
9. Updates and contact
